Custom Training Program
This offering is for you if…
- You just decided on starting a gym membership and you have no idea where to start.
- You're a seasoned gym-goer or competitive athlete, but you're sick of having to plan
your own workouts or Google exercises and try to piece them together.
I pride myself on my programming skills for any fitness level, goal, or access to equipment.
Whether you want to play better with your kids, on the field, on the court, or feel stronger
when you run...or even just fit into your jeans better. I got you...I've been doing it for
myself and others since high school.
Includes the following:
- Initial 1-hr video consult call to discuss your goal, desired frequency, past and
current injuries, etc.
- Minimum 4 week plan. Maximum 24 week plan.
