Please Note: My nutrition coaching is suited for calorie or macro-tracking (MyFitnessPal) or not. For those not comfortable with tracking, guidance will be provided with a goal number of meals, ideas and recipes to use for well balanced meals geared towards the client's specific needs and wants.
